Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all services. Once an order is placed with me, it becomes binding.

3. Prices

Art work is not subject to VAT; prices are listed in EUR. If we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Laser, Mastercard, PayPal and Sage payments. We use the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments. We never store your card information. This means that your payment details are as secure as possible when you make a payment with us. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance.

5. Complaints

All complaints about product defects, incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be submitted in writing, within one week from date of original order. The address for correspondence is below

All data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential, and will not be shared with any third parties. We will never store your card information.

While we hope you are happy with your order, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase from us, we will gladly offer you a full refund if you return the item within 14 days of delivery and we are happy with the condition of the returned item.

Please include with your return:

  • The reason for return
  • Your name and postal address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

The customer must cover the cost of return of goods. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the artwork using a reputable signed delivery service that ensures you for the full value of the goods as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

We have the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a condition whereby they are not saleable or they are damaged.
